We track your flight in real time. If you're delayed, your driver will adjust and still be at arrivals when you land — no extra charge.

Lisbon is beautiful in any weather, and we adapt routes to indoor stops, museums, and covered viewpoints when needed. If the weather makes a tour unsafe or unenjoyable, we'll reschedule or refund in full.

Private tours are typically 1–6 guests. Tuk-tuks fit up to 4, our private boat fits up to 6 (day cruise up to 8). For larger groups, we'll combine vehicles or guides — just ask.

Yes. We can issue a personalised digital voucher for any tour or experience, valid for 12 months. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll send it the same day.
